Dr. C.M. Singh is consultant in department of Ophthalmology. He completed his graduation from D.M.C&H, Ludhiana in 1998 and Post Graduate diploma in ophthalmology in 2003. He did his cataract surgery training programme (ECCE, SICS, phacoemulsification) from Icare, Noida, Venu Eye Hospital, New Delhi and Joseph Eye Hospital, Trichy. He completed his Glaucoma fellowship at Joseph Eye Hospital, Trichy in 2006. He worked as glaucoma and Community Ophthalmology consultant at Dr. Shamsher Singh Eye Hospital, Khanna for more than a decade.
